went all around to get cards redone, killed and all that...

some people are very friendly so really, service in singapore is pretty good Very Happy

the lousiest service was from NTUC... NTUC Income (the insurance fellas) were friendly, but the ones at NTUC Supermarket were almost hostile...

the most clueless are from the MRT stations, although friendly

those who are most helpful are from OCBC and POSBank...

a special mention must go to those at the Mobil station in Clementi Ave 2... they were most helpful and friendly Very Happy

here's a tip for all companies... KILL THE GODDAMNED ANSWERING MACHINE SYSTEM OF "PRESS 1 for this.. PRESS 2 for that"... it is damned frustrating!

well, gotta wait until tomorrow to get the NTUC Card form printed and sent out... coz i got no printer at home...

i redid a Esso-Mobil fuel card, got an ATM card, applied for a replacement driving license at Ubi, cancelled the GIRO-linked EZ-Link card, cancelled and got a replacement for my Robinson Charge Card...

and that tired me out already Razz
